We provide online delivery services for furniture and home products. All items are packed, handled, and shipped through a standardized process. No in-store pickup or on-site delivery is available.

Currently, our delivery service covers all regions within Australia.
Delivery to countries or regions outside Australia is not available. The specific serviceable area will be indicated on the checkout page.

3. Order Processing and Dispatch Time

After payment is completed, orders will enter the processing stage.
Under normal circumstances, order processing takes 1–3 business days, which includes order verification, product preparation, and packaging.
Once processing is completed, orders will be handed over to the shipping carrier and enter the delivery stage.

After dispatch, the expected shipping time is 10–15 business days.
This is an estimated timeframe. Actual delivery may vary depending on the shipping address, logistics arrangements, or other factors.
