This shipping policy applies to orders placed through oaknestle (hereinafter “we” or “us”) online store.
Currently, our delivery service covers the entire territory of Australia. Delivery to countries or regions outside Australia is not supported.
Shipping fees are calculated based on the order amount:
Orders totaling AUD 100 or more are eligible for free shipping.
Orders totaling less than AUD 100 will incur a shipping fee of AUD 3.99.

Our daily order processing is based on business hours: 9:00 – 18:00 (Australian Time).
Orders submitted and paid before 18:00 will be processed the same day.
Orders submitted after 18:00 will be processed on the next business day.
Orders submitted on holidays will be processed starting from the next working day.
After payment confirmation, orders enter the processing stage.
Under normal circumstances, the processing time is 1–3 business days, which includes order verification, packaging, and handover to the shipping carrier.
Once the order is shipped, the expected delivery period is 10–15 business days.
This is an estimated timeframe; actual delivery may vary depending on the delivery location or logistics arrangements.
Depending on the order and delivery arrangements, we may use the following carriers:
SEUR, Redur Spain, MRW, Australia Post, PackLink.

After your order is submitted and payment is completed, you will receive an email containing your order number, payment details, and carrier information.
You can also track your order status through the “Order Tracking” page on our website by entering your email or phone number along with the order number.
During shipping, responsibilities are outlined as follows:
Product Damage or Loss: Any issues during transportation will be verified based on order and logistics information.
Modification or Cancellation: Orders in the shipping process may not be modified or canceled.
Delivery Address Accuracy: Please ensure that the shipping address is complete and accurate. Any impact caused by incorrect or incomplete information will be assessed based on actual circumstances.
Upon receiving the shipment, we recommend inspecting the package and product condition.
